• Tuesdays – （French Night） Just relax and indulge yourself with our French specialties every Tuesday night at Coconut Terrace Restaurant. Salads, soups, main courses and desserts are waiting for you - and don't forget to try one of our French Wines to make the evening complete.

• Wednesdays – （Palauan Night） Alii and welcome to our Palauan Night. Explore the traditional and modern Palauan Cuisine every Thursday night. Let our Executive Chef Alex Suzuki and his team introduce you to a wide range of this mouthwatering and exotic cuisine. Enjoy the Roast Suckling Pig with Finadene.
  水曜日 – （パラワンナイト） 伝統的なパラオ料理をベースにした、シェフ自慢の新しいパラオ料理です。豚の丸焼きなどもご用意しております。

• Thursdays – （Asian Night） We invite you to come along with us on a culinary trip through Asia. Our Buffet Theme night will take you through all kinds of different flavors and cuisines. Thailand, China and Indonesia are just some of the stops on our culinary journey, so please take a seat and enjoy the ride.
  木曜日 – （アジアンナイト） タイ、中国、インドネシアなど、アジアの代表的な料理の品々を、お楽しみいただけます。

• Fridays – （Seafood Night） What would be a vacation in Palau without a superb seafood dinner? Indulge yourself with our wide range of fresh local and international seafood dishes every Wednesday at Coconut Terrace Restaurant.

• Saturdays – （American BBQ Night） Are you a meat lover? Then this will be the night for you. Every Saturday is American BBQ Night. Enjoy a tender piece of a perfectly grilled prime rib beef, along with all the trimmings. So let’s “meat up” at Coconut Terrace Restaurant.

• Sundays – （Japanese Night） Sundays belong to our Japanese friends. Our buffet offers all the famous and delicious food you can expect from a Japanese Theme Night: sushi, sashimi, tempura, teriyaki and more. Enjoy the meal and watch the sunset; it adds up to the perfect Sunday dinner.
