For passengers transiting via Guam who’s needed to apply Visa, they are required to possess one of the following:

• Guam-CNMI ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization)
• ESTA (U.S. Visa Waiver Program authorization)
• Valid U.S. visa

In addition, prior completion of the Guam Electronic Declaration Form (Guam EDF) is mandatory, as stipulated by the Guam Visitors Bureau.
Please note that obtaining a Guam-CNMI ETA has become compulsory, and applications must be completed through United Airlines or the Guam Visitors Bureau.

Entry Application Requirements for Palau

For entry into Palau, travelers are required to continue completing the Online Entry Declaration Form, which integrates both the Health Declaration and Customs Declaration. Completion of this form is mandatory.
The application may be submitted starting 72 hours prior to arrival in Palau.

Entry Procedures for Japan

For entry into Japan, travelers are strongly encouraged to complete the required procedures online via Visit Japan Web.
At the airport, please present the QR codes for immigration clearance and customs declaration by scanning them during arrival procedures.

Please note: If the online application is not completed in advance, passengers will be required to complete paper forms provided onboard the aircraft or available at Japanese airports and submit them to Customs upon arrival.
